I finally got Kalia babbling for awhile on video. She does it mainly when we're feeding her or bathing her, but she generally stops as soon as I break out the camera. I set it on the table during lunch this time and let her go to town. I try to talk to her a lot when she's bathing or eating because she'll actually sit still long enough to watch my mouth to see how I form the words. When we're playing, she doesn't have time to sit still long enough!
