Crashing her toy car into Granny's walls. It's okay, the walls survived her Daddy and Uncle Shawn - they're baby proof!
More fun in the pink bean bag with her storybook reader. Love that her feet are propped up on the stool - what a life!
We kept looking for a new bucket hat for Kalia while we were up there (her big 'ol noggin has outgrown the other ones - she's into size 18 month hats already), and Granny already had one for her (thanks Granny!). She looked so cute in her little jumper outfit (thanks Aunt Jennifer!) and that bucket hat. I love the chin strap on this one too - she pulls at it some when we're indoors, but does pretty well with leaving it on while we're outside. She still hates the sun in her eyes, so I guess that's why there's no hat battle outside.
Kalia was throwing a fit in the car on the way to go see her Great Granny, so I kept taking pictures of her and then showing her them. She squeals when she sees herself. She thinks she's cute too!
Back home in her toy basket before heading outside. She looks like she's up to no good here!
Playing peek a boo with Daddy behind the wall.
Kalia likes peek a boo with anything right now. I was doing something on the floor and she kept coming up behind me and waiting ...
...and then I'd turn around and say "peek a boo" and she'd give me her little smile.
Kalia helping Daddy unpack.
Kalia did so amazing up in the panhandle this past week. She was so well behaved and just as happy as could be. It's silly, but I'm already so proud of her for things like that! It made both of our weeks. We love you Kalia!!!
