- was back at the pediatrician's office on Wednesday. She had a small amount of blood in her poop, so they wanted to see her right away. Her antibiotics have given her diarrhea and a yeast infection. She also is fighting off an upper respiratory infection as well. She's had kind of a rough week!
- started rolling like a roly poly in her crib. She can completely go from her back to her side and back again. She likes to push her face into the mattress, but has yet to roll from her back to her front in her crib. However, her newfound roly poly-ness led to the next bullet.
- outgrew her swaddle. SO SAD!! With her rolling around so much, it's not safe to not let her have her arms. She's sleeping in pj's and the sleep sack so her legs aren't 100% free yet. We started this on Thursday and getting Kalia down for any length nap has been almost impossible. Bedtime is a fight too. We were hoping that she'd outgrow her startle reflexes before outgrowing the swaddle, but that didn't work out so well. There's just not a lot of sleep going on at the Hart household!
- has done amazingly well at tummy time. If she's on a hard firm surface, she doesn't really mind it all that much anymore. She gets tired of it after awhile, but it's not the struggle that it used to be.
- loves to laugh at herself in the mirror. She thinks she's quite funny! Her favorite mirror to look at herself in is the one in her closet. She will sit there and make faces at herself and then laugh...so cute!
- did okay at volleyball this week. She's alert and aware enough that she gets bored sitting in her pack n play for the full 3 games, so she did her fuss cry to let us know she wasn't happy about it in the middle of our second and third games. Her feedings are far enough apart now that that isn't an issue anymore, thankfully! As soon as I took her out of the pack n play and let her watch the volleyball games, she was perfectly content. She actually watched the volleyball games. She loves taking everything in!
After that last shot, she flipped herself on over and was so proud of herself!

Silly girl...
