38 week bonus pictures

I know I say this most weeks, but this week I took entirely too many pictures and am again having a hard time filtering. I've been trying to mess with the settings on my camera, so I just keep snapping away. Kalia has been in such a great mood and so smiley / talky / laughy /such a goof that it's hard to not try to capture every single moment. I don't want to ever forget them! Kalia and I getting ready to head to breast feeding support group. She thinks on top of the shoulders is more fun, and she still loves to pull my hair!
Saying hi or bye (or "how" in a strong Indian accent as Chris says)  to Daddy!
I wish I could go into Kalia's nursery sometimes and take a for real picture of Chris and her when Chris goes in there to calm her down.  It makes me laugh.  Instead you get a picture of the monitor.  So cute!!
This past weekend I had to pump both in the morning and at night to get enough milk to feed Kalia her oatmeal and give it to her to drink out of her cup during the day.  Kalia was not a fan of the pump at all.  This is her protesting while in the jumperoo while I've got my milking machine on!
Kalia getting her some Kodi lovin'.  She loves to eat his ear.  Poor Kodi just laid there with his eyes closed the whole time and just took it.  Sigh...love that Kodi!

"Oh Kodi, I love you so much!"
"And to prove it, I'm going to whisper sweet nothings in your ears."
"and then eat them!"
"Blaaah Kodi!!  Your ears are hairy!!!"
Up to mischief with Kodi...and the roomba's!

"Roomba, roomba, come out wherever you are!!!"
"Two roomba's???  YAY!!!!!!!!!!"
"Wait wait wait other roomba...where are you going?!"
Play / talk / squeal time in the jumperoo so Mommy can unload the dishwasher and clean up Kalia's food mess!
Lunch (or dinner) Time!  Chicken, avocado, broccoli, and black beans...
Playing in her toy baskets.  She's laughing at her little doggie that her Granny sent for Valentine's Day.  Such a silly girl!
Loving her snack time!!
She was so cute this day in the tub...she kept taking her washcloth and cleaning her duckie.  She was showing him love like we show her love :-).
Tubberware Cabinet!
"Uh oh, am I in trouble??  I don't think I'm allowed in these big things!"
"I'm not in trouble??  Really??  Mommy, do you see what's in here?!  So fun!!!"
My buff little girl holding up a tray with one arm...
More meal time fun.  This was black beans, carrots, broccoli, green beans, and avocado's, and then I tried to feed her oatmeal, and she decided she was a big girl and wanted to use the spoon to feed herself, so we got quite messy (but she had a really good time doing it!).

Loving on Kodi through her prison walls!

"Oh Kodi, it's okay, I'll figure out a way to get you in here..."
"If I pull really hard, maybe I can pull you through these bars Kodi!!"
I still put my camera to the side of my head to capture moments a lot of times.  She hates the black thing in my face.  She's 'talking' to me here.  I thought this blue onesie made her eyes look so pretty, I couldn't help but snap a few!
"peek a boo Kodi, where am I?!?!"
More silliness with food.  We spent a lot of time this past week eating, so there's a lot of food pictures.  This is one of her new smiles.  She scrunches up her nose, closes her lips, and squints her eyes.  One of us must do this...I'm guessing Chris!
Getting ready to head to the library on Saturday.  She's all decked out in her Gator gear (thanks Granny!)
Bathtime silliness!
I'm holding Kalia and the camera here.  She just looks so cute in her hoody towels, I couldn't help but try to snap a picture of it!
I got these bowls to see if it would help with the mess.  Kalia thought I got them for chew toys...
On our way to go meet baby Blake in our cute overalls (thanks Grandma Debbie!)!
Telling me about how much she loves her orange and blue mittens.  You can see she's holding onto her basket while standing up in this picture...
...and then she let go and stood there for long enough for me to snap this picture and then lunged at me.  This is actually the first time I've even remotely thought she has been close to walking.  She looked like she might try to take a step, but she just lunged at me instead.  She exhausts me with her crawling these days, I'm not sure that I'm ready for walking yet!!
"Look Mommy, no hands!!!"
Maybe I'll do better at filtering and taking a reasonable number of pictures next week!!  'Till then...
